Directions: Cut up pork tenderloin into chunks for kabobs.Place pork into a bowl. Add yogurt, salt, lemon juice and spice mixture. Mixand coat the pork until fully combined. Cover bowl tightly and marinate overnightin the refrigerator. Place pork on your skewer sticks (use any veggies you havefor the skewers too!). Discard any of the remaining marinade.
