Masala Marinated Pork Kabobs

Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork tenerloin
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
*Masala blend
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper powder (Substitute 2 tbsp of prepared curry powder in place of the spice mixture above)
Instructions
- Directions: Cut up pork tenderloin into chunks for kabobs.Place pork into a bowl. Add yogurt, salt, lemon juice and spice mixture. Mixand coat the pork until fully combined. Cover bowl tightly and marinate overnightin the refrigerator. Place pork on your skewer sticks (use any veggies you havefor the skewers too!). Discard any of the remaining marinade. Grill and rotate theskewers until the tenderloin is fully cooked. Remember, pork tenderloin cooksfast!
